1. How this website works
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Browser storage can also remember choices. Optional Google Analytics is blocked until it has been enabled for the website and you accept analytics cookies. If you reject analytics, the website does not load Google’s analytics script or send analytics data to Google. We do not include Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight tracking. Hosting and security services may process connection information to deliver and protect the website.
2. Your motion preference
The Reduce motion control in the footer is optional. If you turn it on, the website stores the value reduce under sociis-motion in your browser’s local storage. It is used only to remember your accessibility choice. Turning it off removes that saved preference. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is always respected. Local storage has no automatic expiry; you can clear it in your browser settings.
3. Films and BEE photography
The opening film and film player use media served from this website. The BEE section shows a representative licensed photograph of people with phones, rather than an image of actual BEE users and does not collect personal messages or send them to an AI provider.
4. Your choices
Accept analytics and Reject analytics are equally available. You can change your choice through Cookie choices in the footer. Your choice is saved in local browser storage under sociis-analytics-consent-v1 for 180 days, then you are asked again. If you withdraw consent after analytics has started, the website disables tracking, removes its Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. The website remains available without analytics.
Optional Google Analytics cookies
When you accept analytics, Google may set _ga and _ga_<stream identifier> cookies to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Our code limits their lifetime to 180 days from the latest activity. Google Analytics measures page views and generic conversation or email-draft interactions. Opening a draft is not treated as a sent email or a completed enquiry. We do not send your typed message or your email address in these events. Advertising consent remains denied.
5. Contact by email
Opening an email draft passes your message to your email application; this website does not send it. BEE-specific conversations are addressed to bee@sociisgroup.com. All other enquiries are addressed to hello@sociisgroup.com. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. Your email provider handles that service under its own terms.
6. Changes to this information
We will update this page when the website’s storage or external services change. The date at the top records the latest update.
